ABOUT ME
Amal Khalil
Founder
Hey there! I'm Amal, but most children call me "The Bubble Lady!" I'm a proud mum to two lively boys, a Baby Massage and Baby Yoga teacher and a Speech and Language Therapist.

I'm a big believer in the power of early intervention - addressing developmental needs early on to give children the best possible start in life.
​
Whether through nurturing touch in Baby massage, playful bonding in Baby Yoga or tailored Speech and Language support, my focus is always on helping families to connect and grow together.

I've spent nearly a decade working in different NHS trusts across London and West Sussex, providing Speech and Language Therapy for a range of complex communication needs in clinics, nurseries, children’s centres and mainstream schools.

I'm a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (MRSCLT), the Health Professionals Council (HPC Reg), and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).

I founded playcubs in February 2021 after the birth of my first son, driven by a desire to create a better work-life balance and share my passion for child development. I've had the privilege of connecting with families worldwide, offering support, resources, and guidance. My mission is to empower you to support your child in becoming an effective communicator, helping them unlock their full potential.
